How we choose our production partners
Ciloo produces through a global network of vetted local production partners. Every partner, supplier, and subcontractor that produces, prints, or supplies for Ciloo and its customers operates under the Ciloo Partner Code of Conduct. The Code sets clear requirements across human rights and labour, health and safety, the environment, and business ethics, and partners must comply with it alongside all applicable laws in the countries where they operate.
People and fair labor
Safe, fair, and respectful treatment of every worker, with legal working hours, fair wages, and no discrimination. The Code prohibits child labour and all forms of forced, bonded, or involuntary labour, and protects workers’ freedom of association.
Environmental Responsibility
Responsibly sourced materials, including FSC or PEFC certified paper and recycled or sustainable textiles where possible, eco-friendly low-VOC and soy-based inks, and reduced waste, energy, and water in production.
Health and product safety
Safe production, printing, and packaging facilities, and products made to recognised safety standards, including REACH for chemicals in textiles, EN 71 where relevant, and non-toxic inks for print.
Ethics and Traceability
No bribery or corruption and fair competition, with full traceability. Partners keep records of production, materials, and raw-material origin, and share proof of compliance with Ciloo on request.
